Description

Manos Fino Miniskeins – Rosaline from Manos Del Uruguay are elegant, refined and is everybody’s favourite. It combines the softness of merino wool with the lustre of silk in a lightweight yarn that is perfect for shawls and accessories. Fino miniskeins are sets of 5 miniskeins of 20 grams each, in beautiful colour combos, specially designed for colourwork projects. You can check out one of our other brands of miniskeins here.

Tussah Silk is used in this blend, produced by silk worms that feed on oak and similar tree leaves, rich in tannins that give the fibre a gorgeous golden tone. The colours in the Fino range are so beautiful due to its special dye process that yields complex, subtle, tonal colours.

We also know how hard it can be to compare colours or select several yarns for one project. If you need help with this please just let us know. We are happy to send you photos of yarns and colour combinations. You can contact me on 0480 485 071 for any help.

If we can assist you in matching or describing colours, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Craft Yarn Council is a great website full of useful information including all the standard symbols for crochet and knitting and all the information on what all those symbols on your yarn tags mean, hook and needle conversion charts and more! They also have all the information on Yarn weights including WPI which is very useful if you lost your tag!  The other useful website is Yarnsub –  great advice on what you can substitute your yarn for in a pattern. Both websites are worth having in your favourites.
