Ziggy Stardust Blanket – Miss Harry

$0.00 Inc. GST

This little baby blanket was designed and crocheted by me to play with colour, test some of the multitude of yarns I’d like to stock in our little shop and use some of my leftovers. Each of the little coloured stripes use approx. 3 grams of yarn and I did repeat some colours. The name Ziggy Stardust was selected by my middle daughter Emily and I as I love David Bowie and there are several sparkly Stellina blend yarns in the sample. Yarns in the blanket include Malabrigo sock, Ruby and Roses Soft Rose base, Manos Fino, Bombed Yarns minis, Blackwattle Sweet pea, Life in the Long Grass and Pixie Yarns. I am currently working on another one in all blues and soft purples.

Please note you will still need to go through the checkout process but do not need to enter any payment details. This means we can let you know of any pattern updates and I don’t know how else to make it work….

  • Pattern is downloadable as a PDF after checkout
  • Pattern is suitable for a  Beginner

Material Requirements:

  • Colour A (Cream) 4 x 50 gram balls of 4 ply yarn. We used the Fiddlesticks Peppin 4 in colour Cream (#402) which is a buttery soft machine washable wool
  • Colour B – Multi colours – You need approx. 200 grams of random 4 ply scraps. Each stripe uses approx. 3 grams of yarn so this is perfect for leftovers, minis, advent calendar’s etc
